01Two towers on the sand

Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences stands on the ocean side of Singer Island, about halfway down the island, on roughly seven beachfront acres. The Atlantic is in front of it and the Intracoastal Waterway runs behind it. Two towers stand on the site. The residence is on the twelfth floor of the Happiness Tower, the eastern tower, on its residential side, which has its own lobby and entrance apart from the hotel.

The resort put most of what a guest wants under one roof, and a stay in the residence uses the parts set aside for residents. The rest is booked with the resort on its own terms.

What sits on the property

• The wellness centre, about one hundred thousand square feet with twenty-two treatment rooms, an elevator ride below the residence.
• The pools: a heated pool and whirlpool reserved for the residences, and the oceanfront pools between the towers and the sand.
• The beach, with attendants who bring towels, food and drinks to your chair.
• Four restaurants, bars and a lobby coffee shop, all paid separately.
• A residential lobby with valet, a concierge and 24-hour security.

02The residential side of the Happiness Tower

The residences have their own entrance and lobby, and that lobby is where a stay begins. Pull up and the valet takes the car; the valet stand is steps from the guest elevator, with carts for luggage and groceries. The desk asks for a government-issued ID and a short registration form from Amrit, and may take a card or cash deposit for incidentals. Then the elevator, at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway, takes you to twelve.

The tower is home to full-time residents as well as guests, which shapes a few things worth knowing before you arrive.

• Quiet hours run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and the house rules do not allow parties or events.
• Towels come as a standard set per reservation. The residences have washers and dryers, so they do not follow the hotel's daily towel service.
• Security is 24 hours, with a concierge at the lobby and exterior cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the residence.
• Packages and luggage should not be shipped to the building before or during a stay; the building cannot hold them. Use a nearby delivery locker, a post-office hold or local pickup.

03The spa and wellness centre below

The largest thing in the building is the wellness centre, about one hundred thousand square feet designed with ESPA, with twenty-two treatment rooms. It sits an elevator ride below the residence. The resort calls its wellness idea Aayush, a Sanskrit word that points at longevity, and the floor is organized around heat, cold, water and rest taken in sequence.

What is down there

• The Aayush hydrothermal circuit: hot and cold plunge pools, saunas, a salt inhalation chamber, an arctic chill fountain, an effusion shower and a hydro-reflexology path, walked at your own pace.
• The treatment rooms, including couples suites and a Moroccan hammam, for massage, bodywork and facials.
• A regenerative suite for the touchless therapies: IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen, red light, PEMF, dry flotation and the Ammortal Chamber.
• The movement side: a gym, a spin studio and studios for yoga and meditation.

None of it is included in the stay. Residence guests book treatments and the circuit with the resort on preferred terms for residence guests, subject to the resort's conditions, and the good slots go early in winter. The spa guide walks the whole floor and is careful to say that none of it is medicine.

04Pools, gym and gardens

Residence guests use the amenities set aside for the residences, and they are included with the stay.

• The residents' heated pool and whirlpool, overlooking the Atlantic and reserved for the residences. No food or glass containers at this pool, no smoking, and used towels go back to the bin by the attendant's desk.
• The oceanfront pools between the towers and the sand, with an outdoor shower for the rinse on the way up.
• The fitness centre, with a Technogym floor and a spin studio, plus a resident exercise room.
• The yoga terrace and meditation garden, outside.
• Fitness classes run by the resort on its published schedule. No appointment is needed; go to the spa desk and say you would like to join.
• EV charging, a level-2 charger with a Tesla connector.

Pool hours and towel service are managed by the resort, and the resort's rules apply in every shared space. The amenities page lists what is inside the residence alongside what the building adds, and the wellness page covers the gym and the studios.

05The beach in front

The beach is directly below the balcony, twelve floors down and a short walk from the pool deck. The resort's beach attendants set up loungers and an umbrella, bring towels, and deliver food and drinks to your chair. Beach access, chairs, umbrellas and towels are part of the stay, and beachfront water sports are listed among the guest amenities.

Florida beaches are public below the high-tide line, so walkers pass along the water as they do anywhere on this coast. The sand faces east, which makes sunrise the show and the morning the best of the day.

Sharing the sand

• Sea turtles nest here from March through October. Keep the balcony dark after sunset in season, take gear off the sand at night, and give marked nests room.
• Summer afternoons bring a storm most days, short and heavy. When thunder sounds, leave the sand and the water.
• Reef-safe sunscreen is the right choice this close to the reefs.

06Restaurants, bars and the lobby coffee shop

The resort runs four on-site restaurants, which the listing describes as farm-to-table, along with bars and a coffee shop in the lobby. Residence guests can use all of them, paid separately with the resort, and none of it requires leaving the building. One restaurant is plant-forward, and guests have mentioned the resort's Indian restaurant in their reviews.

For a first night after a travel day, dinner downstairs is the easy answer. Over a week, most guests mix it with the island's casual seafood tables a few minutes away and the dressier rooms in Palm Beach, about twenty minutes south.

07How the residence relates to the resort

OASENA is a privately owned home. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences. The owner rents the residence through Airbnb; the resort runs the spa, the restaurants, the pools, the beach service and the valet under its own terms. Knowing where the line falls saves confusion at arrival.

• The reservation, the payment and the messaging run through the Airbnb listing.
• The building's arrival process is separate: an Amrit registration form, a government-issued ID, and possibly a deposit for incidentals.
• Valet parking is paid and run by the building. The host cannot waive it.
• Spa treatments, the hydrothermal circuit, dining and drinks are paid to the resort.
• The residents' pools, the gym, the gardens and the beach service are part of the stay, under the resort's rules and hours.
