What this site is

This website is built by Cavmir, a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, for a privately owned two-bedroom residence on the twelfth floor of the Happiness Tower at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, Singer Island, Riviera Beach, Florida. OASENA is the name of that residence.

No bookings are made here

This site does not take reservations, payments or personal information. Availability, rates, the cancellation policy and the reservation itself are handled on the residence's Airbnb listing under Airbnb's terms of service, which govern the booking. Descriptions on this site are provided for information; where they differ from the Airbnb listing, the listing governs. Prices are not published here because they change.

Accuracy of information

We take care to describe the residence, the resort and the island accurately, from the owner's listing, the resort's published materials, the guests' own reviews on Airbnb and verified public sources, and we date figures that change. Even so, amenities, hours, prices, policies, events, tide times and conditions change without notice. The island guides and the events calendar are general information for planning, not advice, and you should confirm anything you rely on with the organiser, the resort or the host before you set out. The wellness guides describe spa services and are not medical advice; talk with a qualified professional before starting any therapy.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and design of this site are the work of Cavmir and are protected by copyright. The photographs of the residence and the resort are the property of the residence's owner and are used with permission. The hero film is produced by Cavmir from those photographs and licensed stock footage. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame or use its content for any commercial purpose without written permission from Cavmir at [email protected].

Third-party trademarks

Airbnb and Airbnb Luxe are trademarks of Airbnb, Inc. Amrit, ESPA, Marriott, Brightline, Google, Uber, Lyft, Technogym, Miele, Ring and every other product, company, venue and event name on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the places, services and products they name. OASENA is an independent, privately owned residence and is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, ESPA, Airbnb or any other owner of those marks.

Links to Airbnb, to cavmir.com and to the businesses, parks, museums and organisers named in the guides open websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or their terms and policies, and a link is not an endorsement.

Guest reviews

The guest reviews on this site are reproduced from the residence's public Airbnb listing, in full and unedited, with the rating and category scores as published by Airbnb on the date stated. They are the opinions of the guests who wrote them. Nothing has been invented, paid for or removed.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cavmir and the residence's owner disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Cavmir nor the residence's owner is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe its hosting, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages to anyone named on it. The host is reached through Airbnb's messaging, and Cavmir through the addresses on this page.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to Cavmir's designated agent at [email protected] with the work you claim is infringed, the location on this site, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act, and your signature, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Nothing in this clause removes protections you have under the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live.
