How to book

01Where the calendar lives

Availability and rates are on the residence's Airbnb listing, and only there. This site is the long-form version of the residence, the island and the spa; it does not hold a calendar or take payment. When you have read enough, the Check availability buttons open the listing with the current calendar, and the total for your dates appears before you commit to anything.

Prices change by season, by length of stay and by how far ahead you book, which is why none are printed here. The dry season from November to April is the busiest and books earliest. Summer and early autumn are quieter, and stays of 28 nights or more are welcome year round.

02What Airbnb asks

Airbnb handles the reservation, the payment and the messaging with the host. To book you need an Airbnb account with verified identity, and guests must be 25 or older. Same-day bookings are accepted until 7:00 PM and at least four hours before check-in.

• Dates and guests: up to six guests. Add children and infants honestly; the listing is marked as not suitable for infants and small children, so message the host first if they are coming.
• The cancellation policy is attached to your dates and shown before you confirm. Read that version.
• Messages: anything specific, from early check-in to a crib, goes through Airbnb's messaging so both sides have a record.

03What the building asks

Amrit is a resort and residential building, and it has its own arrival process alongside Airbnb's. Expect to show a government-issued ID, complete a short registration form, and possibly leave a card or cash deposit for incidentals at the residential lobby. Valet parking is paid and run by the building, with a nightly fee it sets; the host cannot waive it.

None of this is unusual for a residence inside a resort, but it is worth knowing before the drive, so the arrival takes ten minutes rather than thirty.

04From confirmation to the door

Once the reservation is confirmed, the host sends arrival details through Airbnb: the residential lobby, the valet, and the smart-lock code for the residence. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

1. Land or drive in. Palm Beach International is about fifteen minutes away; the getting here guide covers the airports, the train and the drive.
2. Pull up to the residential lobby and hand the car to the valet if you are parking.
3. Register at the desk, then take the elevator to the twelfth floor.
4. Open the door with your code. The balcony is straight ahead.

Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are part of the stay. Spa treatments and the hydrothermal circuit are booked with the resort at preferred rates, and the good slots go early in high season, so book those the week you confirm.

05Booking a longer stay

The listing allows stays of 28 nights or more, and the residence is set up for them: a full Miele kitchen, in-residence laundry, a dedicated workspace with Ethernet, and a building with a gym, pools and restaurants. For a month or a season, message the host through Airbnb before booking. Long stays often have their own pricing and cleaning schedule, and it is easier to settle those in a conversation than in a calendar.
