Freshly renewed with crisp white walls and upgraded finishes, OASENA is one of the best-positioned oceanview homes at Amrit. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames the water from every room; an open-plan kitchen, dining for eight, and a deep, quiet palette inspired by sea and sky carry the calm through.
Six guests sleep beautifully across a king suite, a queen suite, and a plush living-room sofa bed — each bedroom with its own spa-style bath.

Bright, inviting, and open to the water — a plush sectional, a picture-frame television, and glass from floor to ceiling. The sliders pull wide and the room becomes part of the balcony.

Questions guests ask
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with self check-in by smart lock. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available in the winter season.
The residents' pool and whirlpool, the fitness centre and the beach are included with the stay. Spa treatments and the hydrothermal circuit are booked with the resort at preferred rates for residence guests, subject to the resort's terms.
Parking is on the premises and paid; it is run by the building's valet rather than the host, with a nightly fee set by the building. A level-2 EV charger with a Tesla connector is available.
The listing is marked as not suitable for infants and small children, largely because of the twelfth-floor balcony. A crib and a high chair are available on request, so message the host through Airbnb before booking if you are traveling with little ones.
Dates, rates and confirmation are handled on the residence's Airbnb listing. Guests must be 25 or older to book, and a government ID is checked at arrival.
