This is the website for OASENA, a privately owned residence at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences on Singer Island, built and maintained by Cavmir for the owner. Here is where everything on it comes from.

Photography

Every photograph of the residence and of the resort's amenity spaces comes from the owner's own Airbnb listing, and is used with the owner's permission. The build keeps a manifest that maps every image file on this site to its source photograph on the listing, so the provenance of each one can be shown. No stock photograph, rendering or AI-generated image appears anywhere on the site. Reviewer profile photographs are shown as they appear publicly on Airbnb, reduced to thumbnail size.

The hero film

The short film behind the home page headline is produced by Cavmir. Its property scenes are the owner's photographs of the residence and the resort, animated with generative video tools; they show real rooms, the real balcony and the real pool decks, and no scene is invented. Between them are three short coastal stock clips of palms, a beach seen from the air and breaking waves, licensed under the Pexels License, which permits commercial use without attribution. The property is on Singer Island, about seventy miles from Miami, and no Miami landmark appears in the film. Cavmir's rule for such films is that no artificial sparkle, glitter or particle effect ships; every clip was checked for it.

The map

The map page shows a photograph of each place. Where the residence or the resort is pictured, the photograph is the owner’s own (see Photography above). The photographs of the places themselves are used under their Creative Commons or public-domain licenses, listed here with title, author, license and source:

Reviews and figures

Reviews are real. Every quotation on this site is a guest review from the residence's Airbnb listing, copied in the guest's own words and attributed by first name and month, and the reviews page shows all of them, including the one four-star review. The rating and the six category scores are the figures Airbnb published for the listing on September 5, 2026. No review was invented, edited for meaning or removed.

The spa figures are the two that can be independently verified: a wellness centre of about one hundred thousand square feet, as reported by Forbes, and twenty-two treatment rooms. Other published figures for the spa contradict one another and are not used. Amenity descriptions come from the owner's listing and the resort's published materials; spa access for residence guests is at preferred rates, subject to the resort's terms, and nothing on this site is a medical claim.

The name and the affiliation

The residence is privately owned. OASENA is not operated by, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences or ESPA, and the resort's name appears only to say where the residence is. Airbnb and Airbnb Luxe are trademarks of Airbnb, Inc.; every other name belongs to its owner. Booking links point to the residence's real Airbnb listing, where availability and rates are managed; a direct-booking system can be added later.

The writing

The island guides and the stay and planning pages were written by Cavmir's editorial team from the owner's listing, the resort's published materials, guests' reviews and public sources, with research assistance from AI tools, and checked for accuracy before publication. Facts that change, such as prices, hours, tide times and event dates, are either left out or described in general terms, and the page tells you where to confirm them. Fonts and code

The display typeface is Marcellus, by Astigmatic, and the text typeface is Montserrat, by Julieta Ulanovsky and the Montserrat Project authors. Both are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are self-hosted on this site with their license files, so no font request goes to a third party. The site's animation uses the open-source GSAP library on the home page only; everything else is Cavmir's own code. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Accessibility and privacy

The site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA as its target, with a full accessibility statement that also describes the building and the residence for guests with disabilities. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or trackers, and stores one on-device preference for animation; see the privacy policy and the terms of use.

Cavmir

Cavmir is a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals. It built and maintains this website for the owner — one example of the direct-booking sites and content it produces for owners who want a presence alongside their listings. Questions about this website: cavmir.com.
