Who operates this site

This website at oasena.com is the website for a privately owned residence on Singer Island, Florida. It is built and operated by Cavmir, a marketing agency for luxury vacation rentals, on behalf of the residence's owner. For the purposes of data protection law, Cavmir is the controller of any personal data processed through this site. Contact: [email protected].

What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you.

  • No cookies. The site sets no cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party, which is why there is no cookie banner.
  • No analytics, pixels or trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session replay, no fingerprinting, and no third-party embed. Fonts, images, video and scripts are all served from this site's own hosting.
  • No forms. The site does not ask for, receive or store your name, email address, phone number or any other personal information. Reservations are made on Airbnb, not here.
  • One on-device setting. If you switch the site's animation between Full and Calm, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key rxii-motion so it holds on your next visit. It contains only the word full or calm, never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is removed when you clear your browser's site data. Browsers that block storage simply use the default.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, a product of Cloudflare, Inc. (San Francisco, USA), which acts as our processor for hosting. To deliver the pages securely, Cloudflare's infrastructure processes standard connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep short-lived logs for security and reliability. We do not receive or review these logs. Cloudflare's own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy describes its processing and retention. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and offers standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU, UK and Switzerland.

The Check availability buttons and other reservation links open the residence's listing on Airbnb, where Airbnb's privacy policy applies. Links to cavmir.com open Cavmir's own website, which has its own privacy policy. Links in the island guides to museums, parks, organisers and other businesses open those organisations' websites, each governed by its own policy. This site does not share anything with them, because it holds nothing to share.

Retention

We retain no personal data from this site, because we collect none. The animation preference lives in your browser, under your control, for as long as you keep it. Any logs held by Cloudflare are kept under Cloudflare's retention schedule, not ours.

Your rights

Because the site collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, port or restrict. The rights still exist, and this is how they apply.

  • European Union, EEA and United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR): you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal basis for serving the pages you request is our legitimate interest in operating the site; no other processing takes place.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the rights to know, delete, correct and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information; there is no Do Not Sell or Share request to make, but you may still write to us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a content security policy that allows only this site's own assets, and headers that prevent framing and content-type sniffing. There is no user database and no login.

If the site adds features

The site may add features it does not have today, such as an enquiry form, a direct booking engine, analytics or a consent manager. If it does, this policy will be updated to describe them and to name each processor, and any new processing will be examined against GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and LGPD before it goes live.
